Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 15, 2026

At AllToolsNow (accessible from https://alltoolsnow.com/), protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data handling practices are foundational engineering principles. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, how it is processed, how third-party advertising and analytics services operate, and your legal rights under global privacy frameworks.

1. Client-Side Processing: Zero File Uploads

The vast majority of utilities on AllToolsNow—including our image converters (JPG to PNG, PNG to JPG, PNG to ICO, JFIF to JPG, JFIF to PNG), PDF rendering utilities, and text word counters—are engineered using modern browser capabilities such as HTML5 Canvas, the JavaScript File API, Web Workers, and WebAssembly.

  • Zero Server Uploads: When you select a photo, document, or paste text, your files are read and processed entirely within your device's local memory (RAM).
  • Zero Server Storage: Your images and documents are never transmitted across the network to our servers, third-party cloud buckets, or external machine learning models.
  • Instant Ephemeral Lifecycle: When you close or refresh the browser tab, the processed binary data is discarded from memory immediately.

2. Server Access Logs

Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider (Hostinger Business infrastructure) maintains standard technical server logs. These logs automatically capture non-personally identifiable technical information when your browser requests web assets:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) addresses
  • Browser user-agent, operating system, and device type
  • Referring pages and exit pages
  • Date and time stamps of HTTP requests

This data is utilized solely for technical system administration, malicious bot mitigation, DDoS defense, and infrastructure reliability. Server logs never contain personal document contents or uploaded image data.

3. Cookies, Web Beacons, and Local Storage

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a web server. AllToolsNow uses cookies and browser LocalStorage for essential site functionality and aggregated performance tracking:

  • Essential Preferences (LocalStorage): We store your preferred interface language (e.g., English or Japanese) in your browser's LocalStorage so you do not have to reselect it on subsequent visits. No personal data is stored.
  • Third-Party Cookies: Third-party partners (such as Google Analytics and Google AdSense) place cookies to measure anonymous traffic patterns and display non-intrusive contextual or personalized advertisements as detailed below.

4. Google Analytics 4 Disclosure

We use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-B7FYP0CPXM) to understand how visitors interact with our website, which tools are most useful, and how to improve site speed.

Google Analytics collects anonymous telemetry such as pages visited, session duration, approximate country-level geography, and device category. All IP addresses are automatically pseudonymized and masked by Google. No user-uploaded files, extracted text, or personally identifying details are ever passed to Google Analytics.

You can prevent Google Analytics from tracking your visits across the web by installing the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Google AdSense & DoubleClick DART Cookies

To keep AllToolsNow free for users worldwide without requiring paywalls or subscriptions, we display ethical, non-intrusive advertising powered by Google AdSense and Google Certified Ad Networks.

  • Third-Party Vendors: Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve advertisements on AllToolsNow.
  • DART Cookies: Google's use of the DoubleClick DART cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to our visitors based on their visit to AllToolsNow.com and other websites across the Internet.
  • Opting Out of Personalized Ads: You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative.

6. Third-Party Advertising Partners

Some of our advertising partners may use cookies and web beacons on our site. Each advertising partner maintains its own privacy policy regarding user data. We strongly recommend reviewing the privacy policies of third-party ad networks for detailed information on their practices and opt-out instructions.

7. GDPR Data Protection Rights (European Users)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), European Union and United Kingdom residents are entitled to specific data protection rights:

  • The right to access: You have the right to request copies of any personal data we hold.
  • The right to rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • The right to erasure: You have the right to request deletion of personal information under certain statutory conditions.
  • The right to restrict or object to processing: You have the right to object to or request restrictions on data processing.

Because AllToolsNow does not require user accounts or store personal files on our servers, we hold no user files or identifiable personal data. For inquiries, contact us directly at info@alltoolsnow.com.

8. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California consumers have the right to know what categories of personal information are collected and to request that a business not sell or share their personal information.

AllToolsNow does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. We process files strictly inside the client's browser.

9. Children's Information (COPPA)

Protecting children while using the internet is of paramount importance. AllToolsNow does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that your child has provided personal information on our website, please contact us immediately and we will promptly remove such information.
